Reed Smith’s New York office is one of the firm's fastest-growing offices. We started with six attorneys in 1995.  With more than 140 attorneys today, the New York office provides dynamic full-service legal representation in a multitude of areas, including corporate finance, life sciences transactions, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, intellectual property, advertising and marketing, labor, real estate and venture.
